One of the most frequently asked questions we hear from spa owners is,
“Can I use PristineBlue® if my spa has an ozonator?”

Ozone technology has expanded into the spa market and
gained popularity in recent years. Most new spas come
equipped with an ozonator either as an option or a
standard feature. Ozonators instantly disinfect the
water as it passes through the ozonating device and
generally do a great job. Many spa owners find that

A weakness of ozonators, though, is that they don’t
provide residual, or on-going, protection against
bacteria. They aren’t effective when the water isn’t

term effects on the water it has disinfected.
