• It dissolves quickly and removes odors and organic materials, contaminants, and body oils that otherwise build up and cause cloudy or dull water. Made with DuPont Oxone® and formulated with a neutral pH to work ideally with the PristineBlue® system. 

• Weekly or biweekly shocking is recommended for pools. Unlike chlorine shocks, it is safe for swimmers to enter the pool within 15 minutes!

• Application rate: One pound per 10,000 gallons, biweekly or weekly. Available at your PristineBlue® retailer in 9 ounce, 1 pound and 5 pound containers.

•  It prevents the metal and mineral particles that enter your pool through hoses, jewelry, and metal equipment from bonding to pool walls and other surfaces. PristineClean® is added every two weeks along with PristineBlue®. PristineClean® may also used to remove existing metal stains in pools.

• Maintenance dose: 2 ounces per 10,000 gallons, biweekly. Stain removal dose: 3 ounces per 1,000 gallons (raise pH after stains are gone).  Available from your PristineBlue® retailer in 8 ounce, 32 ounce and 64 ounce containers.

•  It takes excess calcium from the water and deposits it into the filter. It’s essential to backwash or clean the cartridge filter after the use of PristineCheck®. PristineCheck® is applied in pools when starting PristineBlue® for the first time and every year at spring opening. If your source water is high in calcium, we recommend an application of PristineCheck® whenever you add makeup water to the pool.

• Initial dose: 2 ounces per 1,000 gallons. Maintenance dose if source water is high in calcium: 1 ounce per 1,000 gallons of makeup water added. Backwash/clean filter within 24 hours.  Available from your PristineBlue® retailer in 8 ounce, 32 ounce and 64 ounce containers.
